Jacqui lives in Oxford with an extensive collection of books, craft supplies, obscure DVDs, and a rainbow's worth of hair dye. She was raised on science fiction and fantasy, quizzes, and sitcoms. She is a dramatic soprano and has sung all four voice parts in one performance, performed at the Edinburgh Fringe, debuted the role of Dis-Organiser in Terry Pratchett's Jingo, and appeared on University Challenge. She is the proud winner of three Dodo D’Or 2025 awards for fan film making.
She has too many A levels, an English Literature degree, and an under-used Cycling Proficiency badge. She spends a lot of her free time writing, thinking about other people's fictional worlds, and failing to complete craft projects in a timely manner.
Jacqui supports Pancreatic Cancer UK.
